Case Study: KONE achieves global cash and bank harmonization with Nomentia

KONE, a leader in the industrial machinery manufacturing industry, faced the challenge of harmonizing its cash and bank processes across over 60 countries. They needed to introduce uniform ways of working to their four global Shared Service Centers, improve security, and simplify user rights management. To address this, KONE partnered with vendor Nomentia to implement its Bank Connectivity solution.

Nomentia's solution integrated with the SWIFT Alliance Lite 2 service and KONE's core ERP system. It was rolled out step-by-step to all locations for payment and bank statement processing. The results were highly successful, leading to a harmonized and secure way of working. The project was executed with such effectiveness that KONE's internal team won a quality award, attributed to the excellent cooperation with the agile and responsive vendor, Nomentia.
