DATEV, one of Europe's largest software houses and IT service providers, faced a challenge with its fragmented and manual reporting processes. The company used a variety of customized Excel and Access solutions that were time-consuming to adapt and did not support treasury functions. DATEV needed a central reporting platform to integrate with its SAP system for comprehensive liquidity planning and to eliminate manual data capture.

Nomentia provided a solution by establishing a centralized platform that automatically and continuously transfers all financial data from SAP systems. A key feature was a user-configurable set of rules for importing forecast data. Despite a tight schedule, the project launched on time. As a result, DATEV now has a single source for all treasury data, enabling flexible analysis, complete cash flow forecasting, and full transparency without any manual effort.
