This lack of granularity made it difficult for the group treasury to quickly identify and understand the reasons for significant plan-versus-actual deviations, requiring a more streamlined solution for its global entities.

Nomentia implemented a solution that automated the consolidation of detailed SAP project data directly into its Cash Flow Forecasting and Reporting services. This provided project-level visibility, automatically assigned and closed projects for users, and highlighted deviations. The result was vastly improved control, with automated data imports eliminating manual work and self-service reporting features empowering Andritz to conduct its own detailed analyses without external consultants.
