Nomadia implemented centralized Opti‑Time planning, weekly/daily dispatching and tablet‑based mobile access with geo‑tracking and paperless reporting, enabling near‑real‑time visibility of interventions. The solution smoothed workloads, allowed planners to schedule roughly 70–80% of annual activity, sped up reporting and customer updates, reduced paperwork and improved contract and human‑resource efficiency—benefiting operations across ENGIE Solutions’ 7,000 technicians and boosting profitability and customer satisfaction.
