Nomad Digital deployed a multi‑carrier aggregating solution that exploits all public airwaves in Norway, switching between operators and integrating 450 MHz CDMA where required, and added a passenger portal with internet access and real‑time journey information (current location, time to next stop, destination) driven by downloaded route data and CCURE GPS integration. The service quickly proved popular—around 190,000 logins per month—prompted many customers to switch from car to train, and enabled real‑time train location reporting to NSB’s operational headquarters for a more accurate national traffic picture.
