Türk Telekom and Nokia broke new ground in Turkey with 1 Terabit speed connection

Türk Telekom aimed to increase its optical transmission capabilities. The company partnered with Nokia to trial a new generation DWDM technology trial, enabling Türk Telekom to achieve a speed of 1 Terabit per second over a single DWDM channel. This represented a speed 2.5 times greater than the previous technology and also resulted in significant energy savings for the customer.
