alphabroder, a leading supplier of apparel and imprintable goods, faced significant challenges in connecting customer complaints to their website analytics. Their existing tools were insufficient, making it difficult to quantify the impact of site issues, prioritize them effectively, and provide developers with the technical details needed for resolution. This gap in their tech stack hampered their ability to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
To address this, alphabroder undertook a proof of concept trial with Noibu. The Noibu platform was implemented to monitor their ecommerce site, providing detailed insights into technical errors and customer sessions. During the 16-day trial, Noibu identified 1,149 errors, including 122 high-priority issues affecting over 104,000 visitors. This allowed alphabroder's team to quickly resolve problems, streamline customer complaint management, and build a business case for the tool's value, setting the stage for improved customer relationships and future revenue growth.
