FMG, a major rural insurer in New Zealand, faced a challenge with its 180+ mobile managers who captured new business on paper and PDFs. Nodero flexed its development and UX capabilities into FMG's team to build FMG Link, an automated, offline-capable digital capture application. The solution enforced data validation rules, ensuring complete submissions. As a result, back-office processing efficiency roughly doubled, and submissions that once took days are now cleared within 24 hours. Nodero's work provided FMG with consistent, complete data and a foundation for its field force.
