Node4 Helps Novacroft to Continue Uninterrupted Through Covid-19 Uncertainty

Novacroft, a technology and customer care services provider supporting clients across transport, charity, energy, and government sectors, needed to move more than 450 employees from an on-site model to remote working during Covid-19 lockdowns while also onboarding 200 new staff and meeting strict data protection and availability requirements. The challenge was made more complex by a mixed environment of company hardware and employee-owned devices, plus the need to keep customer service operations running without interruption.

Node4 Ltd delivered a hybrid cloud solution featuring a virtual desktop integrated with a high-speed, reliable MPLS network from secure data centres, giving Novacroft a scalable Bring Your Own Device setup with disaster recovery and security support. As a result, Novacroft moved to fully remote working with 100% uptime and no interruptions, improved staff engagement, and maintained strong customer service performance, including a 97% NPS score; internal feedback showed 96% of the team felt they had the tools to do their jobs and 81% reported better work/life balance.
