Acas, the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service, needed to modernize its conciliation case management system for over 400 users to streamline operations and ensure consistent processes across all its teams. Node4 Ltd was engaged to design and implement a solution that could evolve with their needs and support their Individual Dispute Resolution (IDR) team.

Node4 delivered an incremental solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as its foundation, introducing Power Apps to automate common tasks. This modernized Acas's operations, making it significantly easier to deliver consistent conciliation processes. The success of the project led to an extended partnership, with Acas retaining Node4 under a further G-Cloud contract term.
