10ZiG Technology, a provider of Thin Client and Zero Client endpoint devices for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments, needed to modernise its UK network and telephony as the business expanded into larger Leicester premises. Working with Node4 Ltd, the company wanted better wireless coverage across the office, improved collaboration with Microsoft Teams, and a more cost-effective way to handle international calls and connectivity to its Phoenix headquarters.

Node4 Ltd implemented Cisco Aironet wireless access points to deliver meshed Wi-Fi throughout the building, giving staff and visitors reliable access from desks, meeting rooms and training spaces on any device. Node4 Ltd also replaced traditional phone lines with SIP trunking and expanded the internet connection to support Teams video calls, Citrix and VMware. The result was improved productivity and collaboration, no complaints about the new telephony platform, better call quality, and lower-cost international calling.
