The YMCA, a world-class health and wellness organization, struggled with an outdated facility management system from Brightly that offered poor reporting, a clunky user experience, and bad customer service. They contacted nodaFi to implement a new solution to replace this software and modernize their operations.

nodaFi’s team seamlessly transferred over 22,000 records and automated more than 2,000 preventative maintenance tasks using their Procedures feature. The solution included tracking 4,370 assets with Insights for calculating replacement value and Smart Signs for easy issue reporting. This provided the YMCA with a fully automated system, saving hundreds of implementation hours and driving faster resolutions for an improved member experience.
