How Hivelocity enhances overall network performance and minimized network downtime with Noction IRP

Hivelocity, a Tampa-based hosting solutions provider, needed to improve network performance, increase operational efficiency, and keep bandwidth usage within predefined commit levels. Its engineers were spending significant time manually managing BGP policies across a multi-homed network, leading to saturated links, over-commit bandwidth, and reactive troubleshooting. Noction’s intelligent routing platform was chosen to bring automation and routing intelligence to the network.

Noction deployed Noction IRP, which analyzed traffic at the network edge, tested routes across available providers, and automatically applied policies aligned with Hivelocity’s business goals. The solution improved network stability and performance, reduced latency and packet loss, and helped control commit levels; Hivelocity reported that more than 23% of total network traffic was being improved, with monthly routing updates reducing packet loss by an average of 80% for up to 18,000 prefixes and latency by an average of 20% for up to 30,000 prefixes.
