How Toyota Turns Complex Repairs into Conversations using NLX

Toyota's vehicle technicians faced a significant challenge as automotive complexity increased. To address this, Toyota partnered with NLX to find a solution.

NLX implemented a conversational AI application that allowed technicians to speak or type natural language queries to get immediate, structured answers with cited references. This solution, built on NLX's mature platform, was rapidly adopted by technicians and led to a successful pilot. The measurable results and high buy-in from dealerships prompted Toyota to plan an expansion of the platform across its North America dealer network, with plans to also explore its use in manufacturing environments.
