A Njoyn Case Study
Agriculture Financial Services Corporation (AFSC) needed to modernize a manual recruitment process that relied on newspaper ads, email resumes, faxing, and spreadsheet-based reporting. With over 50 locations across Alberta, AFSC faced challenges managing 1,500 applications and 60 competitions each year, while lacking a centralized applicant tracking system and direct online application capability. AFSC chose Njoyn, an applicant tracking and recruitment management solution, to help streamline hiring and improve recruitment reporting.
Njoyn configured the system to match AFSC’s hiring process and recruitment policies, automating many manual tasks and improving coordination with ongoing support from CGI Njoyn’s implementation and account teams. As a result, AFSC was able to generate recruitment metrics more easily, simplify screening, reduce data entry errors, shorten time to hire, and increase the number of applicants per position. AFSC also reported that the Njoyn implementation was the quickest and smoothest of several recent system rollouts.
