Automating Insurance Premium Payments on the InsurPay Portal for a Leading Digital Insurance Payment Provider

Leading Digital Insurance Payment Provider, which focuses exclusively on the insurance industry, struggled with a highly manual premium-payment workflow: its operations team processed about 500 daily payments by manually fetching customer details from the InsurPay Portal and validating them against more than 25 carrier sites, applying complex business rules. To solve this, the customer engaged Nividous and its intelligent automation platform (Nividous RPA Bot) to automate insurance premium posting and IVR-based payments.

Nividous implemented an RPA Bot that logs into InsurPay and carrier portals, retrieves and validates policy data, generates virtual cards, executes payments, handles predefined exceptions, and updates payment status on the InsurPay Portal with transaction visibility on the Nividous Control Center. The automation increased throughput to over 1,600 daily payments (a 220% rise, ~32.6K monthly), freed operations staff for critical tasks, improved process TAT by about 80%, reduced manual effort by ~85%, and—per the customer—delivered 100% accuracy.
