NISC implemented its iVUE Connect Service, which provided a unified platform for auto-provisioning triple-play services and integrated lead management with its LeadAgent solution. This eliminated manual, swivel-chair processes, dramatically increasing operational efficiency. For United Fiber, the results were significant; they exceeded their initial success target of 2,700 connections, growing to serve 5,000 broadband members and a total telecommunications customer base of 6,000.
