Workflow has 5005% ROI over 5 years, delivers $29 million

E.T. Browne Drug Co., maker of Palmer’s Cocoa Butter, is a 180‑year‑old CPG manufacturer that needed to modernize a manual, paper/PDF‑based label and packaging review process used across R&D, marketing, legal, compliance and manufacturing for products sold in ~100 countries. The company faced long delays, poor version control and the inability of SharePoint to render Adobe Illustrator files precisely, preventing accurate visual approvals.

Working with Nintex and partner Equilibrium, E.T. Browne implemented Nintex Workflow and Forms with Equilibrium’s MediaRich OneViewer to display exact AI file renderings inside SharePoint, enable pan/zoom and mobile approvals, and automate reminders and smart approvals. The solution cut approval time by at least 50% (from 2–3 weeks to under a week), paid back in four days and two hours, and delivered a five‑year benefit of $29 million (including about $16 million in accelerated revenue) plus roughly $5.9 million in direct cost and time savings.
