WISE Employment is an Australian not‑for‑profit that supports more than 34,000 job seekers annually. After government changes to Disability Employment Services (DES) drove rapid growth, the organisation found its process documentation was inconsistent, decentralized (Word/Excel/Visio), largely out of date (only 34 of ~230 processes current) and causing errors, duplication and poor customer experiences.

WISE implemented Nintex Promapp to map, standardise and continuously improve processes with role‑based navigation, collaborative feedback and value‑stream thinking. In 12 months they published 100 processes (over 21,000 views), streamlined and automated key workflows such as the DES wage subsidy process, achieved a 60% increase in DES market share, and earned an overall process rating of 4.8/5.
