University Achieves ISO Standards with Nintex Promapp

La Trobe University’s Infrastructure and Operations Division, part of a multi‑campus public research university in Australia, faced the complex task of achieving three ISO standards at once (quality, environmental and safety). The challenge required extensive process documentation and coordination across many subject‑matter experts, many of whom were unfamiliar with process mapping or ISO requirements.

By adopting Nintex Promapp, the division used a purpose‑built, user‑friendly process mapping tool with built‑in inputs/outputs, performance measures, map views, feedback and a mini mode for contractors. This simplified certification work, engaged teams in ongoing process review and improvement, helped secure all three ISO certifications, and made continuous improvement part of business as usual.
