The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Interior needed a better way to manage employee complaints across thousands of staff in the seven Emirates. Its existing process was manual and paper-based, making it slower, less transparent, and harder for employees and the complaints committee to track and respond efficiently. Nintex helped modernize the workflow using Nintex Automation K2 On-Prem.
Nintex Automation K2 automated the employee complaints process and created a more responsive, transparent platform. Employees can now view complaint status, add comments, and share opinions, while the committee has better visibility for informed decisions. The Ministry’s Smart Solutions team also benefited from the system’s user-friendly interface and faster development speed, improving overall efficiency.
