Ufone, a major Pakistani mobile operator, needed a simple, fast-to-deploy workflow solution to streamline internal processes across HR/administration, finance and network management. Its ERP covered core products but legacy desktop systems and paper-heavy, non‑standard workflows limited visibility, slowed network rollouts and created support challenges for cross‑country projects and internal customers (3,000+ employees).

Working with Microsoft partner Kalsoft, Ufone implemented Nintex Workflow on SharePoint to automate processes and integrate with existing systems. The rollout (15 workflows to date) delivered major gains—saving about 1,000 hours per month (12,000 hours annually), cutting administration processing by roughly 15 working days, enabling 3–4 day development cycles, and improving visibility, efficiency and user experience—while laying the groundwork for company‑wide standardized automation.
