TLC for Kids is an Australian charity that supports sick children and their families across hospitals in Australia and New Zealand. Templates are now auto-populated from service request data, saving about 15 minutes per letter (around 400 letters annually), improving response times, freeing staff for other activities, and providing more accurate healthcare details for services — with further savings expected when donor communications are moved into Salesforce.
