Titan Dealer Management Solutions (Titan DMS) is an Australian‑headquartered developer of cloud-based dealer management software used across 45+ automotive brands worldwide and adding a new dealer about every 14 days. Rapid global growth exposed inconsistent, undocumented processes across functions and jurisdictions, creating challenges for scaling, compliance and continuous improvement.

Titan DMS selected Nintex Promapp® to provide visual, easy-to-use process mapping and management that standardizes processes, defines ownership, enables approvals and feedback, and supports multiple jurisdictional versions. With an initial plan to map ~200 processes (customer service, software development and HR), the platform is expected to improve process consistency, empower staff to suggest improvements, ensure local compliance and support the company’s ongoing global expansion and service excellence.
