A Nintex Case Study
Lippuner Energie- und Metallbautechnik AG, a Swiss energy manufacturing and services company, faced inefficient, paper-based processes for ordering supplies (phones, marketing materials) across four sites. Manual forms and fragmented fulfillment slowed requests, added cost and employee time—phone orders could take two to three weeks—and made tracking expenses difficult.
By building on SharePoint 2013 with Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms (implemented with IOZ and led internally by Lars Eigeldinger), Lippuner digitized ordering and customer-contact workflows. The result: more than $205,000 saved to date, 50% reduction in order costs for marketing, 67% time savings processing phone orders, phones delivered twice as fast, a single point of contact for fulfillment, and a 98% resolution rate for customer-contact tasks—plus improved transparency and broad internal adoption.
