SUEZ – Water Technologies & Solutions is a global provider of water technologies and services serving over 30,000 customers. After separating from General Electric, the company faced the urgent challenge of migrating roughly 200 business‑critical workflows from a bespoke legacy platform to Nintex for Office 365 in an 18‑month window while maintaining compliance across complex global processes and avoiding business disruption.

Working with Nintex partner Hub Collab, SUEZ used reusable Nintex workflow templates, Office 365 integration, and internal “power users” trained on Nintex’s drag‑and‑drop tools to rapidly recreate and improve processes. The team reviewed, migrated and automated 150 workflows (retiring 50) within the planned timeline, enabling consistent, efficient management of complex processes and ongoing automation that supports SUEZ’s 2030 strategy.
