A Nintex Case Study
The State Library of New South Wales, Australia’s largest library (est. 1826) with a collection of more than five million heritage items, needed a modern workflow platform to support its long-term digitisation program. The Library had outgrown its legacy TeamTrack system (end-of-life 2017) and was relying on spreadsheets, lacked reliable physical-asset tracking, and required a location- and device-independent solution with strong integration, auditing and reporting capabilities.
Working with partner Antares, the Library implemented a Nintex Workflow Cloud–based system (the “Bamboo Digitisation Workflow”), delivering the first release in four months and adding features incrementally. The solution provides an end-to-end automated workflow with a central data repository and integrations (including online payments), delivering holistic workflow support, real-time tracking, improved reporting and auditing, an estimated 70% efficiency gain and annual savings equivalent to three full-time staff.
