SAI Global, an Australian provider of risk, compliance and business improvement services with a global assurance arm and offices across multiple countries, faced widespread process variation across different locations and technology platforms. With more than 1,000 staff and a decentralized structure, the company needed a single, easy-to-adopt process management system to bring consistency and control to its international operations.

SAI Global implemented a phased rollout of the cloud-based Nintex Promapp across Australia, the UK, Canada, the US and Mexico (now used by roughly 650 users across ~260 processes). The solution delivered standardized processes, controlled variation, greater business-group ownership and accountability, better cross‑office collaboration, and faster onboarding by giving teams a clear, consistent way of working.
