SOHO Realty is a boutique full‑service real estate brokerage serving mostly first‑time buyers in the Houston and Atlanta markets. Faced with a paperwork‑heavy, multi‑party home buying process and a need to better manage incoming leads, the agency required a customized marketing and sales automation solution to ensure sales steps were followed, documents were stored correctly, and agents and clients could collaborate more efficiently.

SOHO engaged Optimum to build a custom CRM using Nintex for Office 365—combining a web intake form, advanced Nintex Forms and three Nintex Workflows with indirect integration to dotloop. The solution automates lead notifications, qualification and agent assignment, prepopulates and routes documents to dotloop, and tracks status across the sales cycle. The outcome: improved visibility into documents and processes, simpler task assignment and tracking, more time for agents to serve customers, and a faster path from lead to closing.
