Euro Caps, a Netherlands-based coffee capsule manufacturer founded in 2012, experienced rapid growth that exposed limits in its manual processes. Reliance on emails, spreadsheets and paper forms led to duplicated work, inconsistent data entry and inefficiencies that threatened the company’s strict product-quality standards.

Working with local partner Thysia, Euro Caps implemented Microsoft SharePoint and Nintex K2 Five, building more than 25 automated solutions used across all departments—from shop-floor Operator Tiles for grind and pallet data to HR onboarding, finance expense claims and tablet-based visitor sign-in. The automation standardized data, cut paper and duplicate effort, boosted HR and production efficiency, preserved product quality, and provided a scalable platform for continued growth and analytics.
