KupiVip is a Moscow-based members-only online fashion retailer with nearly 10 million users that runs dozens of daily flash sales. Its three-person Legal Department faced a growing backlog and slow, manual approval and storage processes that made it difficult to move contracts and legal documents through to signoff.

Working with system integrator LANIT, KupiVip implemented Nintex Workflow to automate approvals and create a centralized document archive; workflows are easy to design and monitor without programming. The change cut document approval time by about 90%, improved archiving and access during the approval process, and the company plans to extend Nintex to other core processes.
