The National Metrology Institute of South Africa (NMISA) is the country’s standards body for measurement and chemical analysis, serving clients across industry and government. Facing a large number of manual processes, limited IT resources, and cumbersome out-of-the-box SharePoint workflows, NMISA needed an easy, fast way to automate processes and empower staff to create workflows independently.

Working with partner Dac Systems, NMISA implemented Nintex Workflow, whose drag-and-drop designer sped development, enabled reuse of workflow components, and integrated with existing systems. The result was faster workflow delivery, measurable productivity gains, and broad adoption by business users who can now build and manage workflows with virtually no learning curve.
