Equilibrium Financial Planning is a UK wealth management firm with nearly 25 years’ experience and more than 1,200 managed accounts, known for personalized, transparent post‑retirement planning. As the client base and team grew (seven advisors and ~90 support staff), inconsistent approaches across advisors risked poor client experiences, costly mistakes and regulatory exposure—particularly around onboarding and lead management.

Equilibrium adopted Nintex Promapp to standardize, document and share processes using visual and outline maps that staff could easily adopt and contribute to. The rollout delivered consistent client onboarding and faster response times, with nearly 300 processes mapped, over 200 published and more than 11,000 process views to date.
