National Gallery Singapore responds to contingency requirements with Nintex

National Gallery Singapore, which oversees the world’s largest public collection of Singaporean and Southeast Asian art and welcomes nearly 1.8 million visitors annually, needed to streamline museum-wide processes—particularly for front-line staff interacting with thousands of visitors daily. When COVID-19 hit, the Gallery urgently required a contact-free, digitized way to capture visitor information to meet contingency and contact-tracing requirements.

Using Nintex Workflow Cloud, the Gallery built, tested and launched a mobile visitor registration form in just three days; submissions are recorded to SharePoint and flagged responses are escalated to security for follow-up. The solution captured information from more than 50,000 visitors, supports rapid contact tracing, is easily updated as regulations change, and reduced additional strain on staff while meeting the Gallery’s public‑safety needs.
