Yamaha, a leading supplier of musical instruments and audio equipment, needed a faster, less fragmented way to create and distribute legal contracts across its PAC, band/orchestral and keyboard divisions. Each division had separate exhibits and hundreds of dealer locations, and the manual process — involving multiple emails and tools outside Salesforce — was error-prone, confusing for retailers and took weeks or months to complete.
Yamaha adopted Nintex DocGen for Salesforce to assemble single, data-driven document packages (credit apps, MDAs, division exhibits and distribution agreements) and send them directly from Salesforce. The one-button solution fills fields from Salesforce, automates parent/child contract updates, and reduced document creation from weeks to minutes while improving contract visibility and consistent “One Yamaha” branding.
