MT Højgaard, a Danish construction group (including subsidiary Lindpro), faced the need to retire aging web applications and paper-based workflows used by more than 400 field staff. Moving from Lotus Notes and legacy ASP.NET systems to Office 365 presented technical and cultural challenges: preserve historical data, integrate with ERP, and get digitally reluctant employees to adopt mobile, offline-capable workflows.

Partner ProActive implemented Nintex for Office 365, migrating data to Azure and rebuilding forms and approvals with Nintex Forms and Workflows. The solution enabled iPad-based, offline-capable submissions with embedded photos and video, sped deployment through drag-and-drop configuration, reduced paper and printing costs, improved documentation and approvals, and freed staff to spend more time with customers while advancing the company’s digital transformation.
