A Nintex Case Study
MISL Limited is a UK insurance group serving over three million customers across multiple brands (Budget Insurance, Dial Direct, Jaunt) using a shared service model. As it relaunched customer web experiences, heavy manual testing and single‑person process ownership slowed time to production and created operational risk, so MISL needed a way to speed testing, reduce manual workload, and scale automation across the business.
MISL ran a successful Nintex RPA proof of concept and then established an automation Center of Excellence and community to coach teams, promote reuse, and enable a citizen‑developer model. The program delivered measurable efficiency gains — including 15 FTEs saved overall (about eight FTEs from claims automation) — freed staff to focus on higher‑value work, and empowered multiple teams to build and maintain their own automations.
