Ministry of Health Denmark boosts productivity with Nintex

The Ministry of Health Denmark, which manages national healthcare policy and services and employs more than 2,000 people, needed to migrate over 30 business processes from SharePoint 2003 and Lotus Notes to the cloud. The IT team sought a more flexible, scalable workflow automation tool to reproduce and improve their complex processes during the Office 365 migration.

Partnering with Nintex reseller ProActive, the agency implemented Nintex for Office 365, reviewing and optimizing legacy processes and creating 33 new or consolidated workflows (including a complete job requisition-to-onboarding flow). The move improved Office 365 integration, cut licensing and consulting costs, enabled staff to maintain processes themselves, and included training for super users—boosting productivity and scalability.
