Johnson Financial Group reduces man-hours by 95% on mortgage loan processes

Johnson Financial Group (Johnson Bank), a $4 billion financial services firm with more than 40 locations in Wisconsin and Arizona and roughly 1,100 employees, faced rapidly growing volumes of disparate data after organic growth and acquisitions. Manual data entry was time-consuming and error-prone, and the bank needed a solution that could move data in and out of core systems, upload to core applications, and exchange data with new partners’ databases.

The bank implemented Nintex Foxtrot RPA to script and automate data movement and consolidation across systems. The solution cut mortgage loan processing from about one week to roughly two hours (a 95% reduction), reduced annual loan-processing hours from 16,640 to 832, and saved an estimated $304,000 in labor—while freeing staff to focus on customer service and other value-added work.
