The Jacksonville Jaguars, an NFL franchise based in Jacksonville, Florida, needed to speed up and digitize their season-ticket renewal process. Previously, signed agreements could take a week or more to return; the sales team wanted an on‑demand, paperless solution that integrated with their Microsoft Dynamics CRM and could bulk send and manage thousands of agreements at once.
They adopted Nintex AssureSign, integrated with Dynamics CRM to automate bulk sending and tracking of ticket agreements. Turnaround times dropped to about 15–20 minutes for completed waivers, visibility and unsigned‑agreement tracking improved, and the team tripled the number of agreements sent—enabling outreach to larger customer segments and increasing season-ticket sales. The Jaguars also plan to expand eSigning to game‑day waivers, replacing thousands of paper forms.
