ITAC, a top-ranked U.S. design-build firm known for its trademarked Assured Project Management (APM®) methodology, needed a centralized digital way to capture and standardize institutional knowledge as it grew. Processes were scattered across binders, email and employees’ heads, making consistent onboarding and delivery of surprise‑free projects difficult.

ITAC implemented Nintex Promapp®, training a cross‑functional rollout team, establishing “Pro‑Masters,” and running department Promapp‑athons to drive adoption. The company has now mapped about 1,100 processes and published nearly 500, aligning Promapp with APM® to improve onboarding, ensure consistent project execution, and create a foundation for continuous improvement and future automation.
