Groupe Roullier automates its processes with Nintex K2 Cloud

Groupe Roullier, a France-based agribusiness with more than 130 subsidiaries worldwide, faced major complexity because each entity used its own ERP, making group-wide application development and multi-entity processes difficult. The holding company also needed to comply with France’s Sapin II transparency and anti-corruption requirements, which required a centralized way to manage third‑party authorizations and other regulatory, financial and contractual workflows.

To address this, the IT team deployed Nintex K2 Cloud (with implementation support from Orange Business Services) to break down ERP silos, build the Roullier Compliance Platform and other procurement, credit-note and CapEx applications, and migrate existing workflows to the cloud. The migration eliminated persistent infrastructure problems, reduced latency for distant entities, streamlined development and group-wide deployment of complex applications, and strengthened the company’s ability to meet Sapin II compliance and share data across subsidiaries.
