GM Financial, the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors, needed a better way to automate business processes while managing customer complaints and maintaining regulatory compliance. Using Nintex, the company built an online complaints management system that could capture customer feedback, route it to the right teams, and support compliance tracking across a large organization.
Nintex implemented forms and workflows that let more than 4,000 staff use the complaints system daily, with complaint data shared quickly between customer service and compliance teams. The result was greater efficiency, faster issue resolution, and easier management of new compliance requirements. GM Financial’s Nintex environment now includes over 5,000 forms and 9,000 workflows, with 35 million workflows used and more than 1.4 billion actions completed.
