Framework Housing Association is a Midlands-based charity supporting more than 18,000 people who are rough sleeping or at risk. To fund its Building Better Futures campaign — aiming to raise £3 million in five years to build 200 new homes — staff needed to spend less time on repetitive CRM and spreadsheet work and more time on donor engagement and fundraising.

A pro bono Deloitte project created a Nintex RPA bot that runs a fully automated data-analysis workflow weekly (20–30 minutes) and reviews over 32,000 records. The automation frees an estimated 70 working days a year, gives precise insight into campaign and communication performance, detects missed regular donations and ensures funds are allocated to the correct appeals, and even produces forward-looking donation forecasts to improve planning and fundraising impact.
