EG A/S, a leading Scandinavian software services company, faced a time-consuming, error-prone onboarding and offboarding process that relied on flurries of emails and provided no way to track request status as the workforce grew. The company also spent hundreds of hours annually producing incentive-agreement documents for sales staff, creating a scalability and compliance risk.
EG implemented Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms to automate 20 core onboarding/offboarding workflows—integrating with Azure AD, Office 365, Teams, phone provisioning and internal databases—and later added Nintex DocGen to auto‑populate sales incentive templates from its data warehouse. The automation eliminated manual document production, saved hundreds of hours per year, improved speed, accuracy and security, produced auditable offboarding reports, and helped “future‑proof” EG for cloud migration and further systems changes.
