Dixons Academies Trust, a school trust of 17 schools across England, needed a better way to scale operations as it grew. Its teams were working in silos, relying on Word documents and Excel spreadsheets, and lacked clear ownership, version control, and a single source of truth for processes. With Nintex Process Manager, the trust sought to improve visibility, streamline workflows, and support its Business Services Transformation program.
Nintex implemented Process Manager to centralize process mapping and governance, and Dixons also planned to expand with Nintex Automation Cloud. The trust mapped more than 250 processes within the first few months, gained clearer accountability and version control, and began saving time through automation, including an estimated half day per month across two payroll staff. The result was greater operational clarity and more time for teachers to focus on students.
