A Nintex Case Study
The City and County of Denver needed to keep its 100-member Emergency Operations Center (EOC) functioning when COVID-19 stay-at-home orders closed its 1,000 sq. ft. facility. Most EOC workflows relied on about 50 paper forms and multi-step, in-person processes, so the challenge was to quickly move those tools online while ensuring ease of use and data integrity.
Denver used Nintex Forms to digitize paper workflows—bringing 20 forms online the first weekend and 65 over the activation period—and deployed a Nintex Mobile symptom-monitoring app on city phones. The solution eliminated paper, sped up and simplified workflows, fed data into Power BI for real-time analysis, allowed rapid repurposing of forms during civil unrest, and improved both productivity and employee safety.
