CSI, Inc. (Computer Services, Inc.), a 50-year-old fintech and regtech technology provider, faced inefficient, error-prone operations caused by legacy paper- and spreadsheet-based workflows — including an outdated purchasing process and a complex Move/Add/Change (MAC) workflow that touched strategic clients. Using Nintex K2 (K2 Five), CSI digitized forms and automated workflows, integrating with Autotask, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SQL Server and SharePoint. The company deployed more than 50 workflows — roughly 30 of which run without human intervention — and a purchase requisition app used by about 800 users, resulting in fewer errors, streamlined approvals, better customer data management, and freed employee time to focus on customers.
