Community Colleges Ensures Consistency with Nintex Promapp

Community Colleges NZ, a charitable provider of vocational education, struggled to demonstrate continuous improvement under NZQA’s external evaluation and review. After a 2012 “confident” rating and relying on a paper-based quality system, leaders needed a low-effort, centralized way to eliminate inconsistencies across sites and reduce the time managers spent compiling reports.

They adopted cloud-based Nintex Promapp with risk and improvement add-ons to centralize processes, forms and policies and prompt staff to record changes. The result was higher staff engagement, faster reviews, simpler audits and better cross-organization collaboration — helping the college achieve a subsequent NZQA “highly confident” category 1 rating.
