A Nintex Case Study
Christchurch International Airport Limited (CIAL), New Zealand’s second-largest airport handling about 5.7 million passengers a year, needed to implement a new ERP while maintaining daily operations. Multiple disparate systems for property/retail, asset maintenance and finance were causing integration problems and operational inefficiencies across 300+ staff, so CIAL required a consistent, organization-wide approach to process ownership and change management.
CIAL used Nintex Promapp during key-user training and testing to document and standardize processes, assign process owners, and integrate a central “source of truth” into the new ERP. This reduced disruption, improved visibility and reporting, simplified administration, and created an accessible, continually refined knowledge base that supports ongoing improvement and staff engagement.
